I tried this. Didnt make it work. The only way is to turn the building into a unit ( Stats - Is a building - False ) Then set the height to whatever you want. Also change the movement type to None
Art - Elevation - Sample points: 0
Movement - Height: <whatever>
Movement - Type: Hover
Note though that most (some?) buildings have a base that's usually hidden in the ground, to accomodate for uneven terrain.
When "flying", that base is showing...
just to tell also im trying to make dalaran on a flowing rock both got 0 collizion so it isnt that that prevent it if it can.

I'm on a page about incorrect corrections, and spent the better part of like two hours trying to get someone to understand that -5^2 = -25, not 25, and then that post had comments get reposted because that group is self sustaining, and that person was in turn trying to explain what I just explained to them. And I'm taking that as a victory
