How would i go about removing a units health bar.

Go to the units Actor, find the property UI: Status Bar Flags + and uncheck Life and Shields

Don't suppose you know how to add the players name above the unit?

It should do that already provided your not the player who owns the unit.

Is there a way to set to be permanently visible to all players?

You would need to use Text Tags or Dialogs. But if you have a lot of units in your map, then I don't recommend you doing this as it will make the game rather laggy.

Other than that, attach a text tag above the unit using triggers
