HELP with choosing trigger

Ok im making a game with races and i want to make a trigger that lets players choose which one. I want to use the system where a box pops up at the beginning of the game and it shows the names of the races and if you click the name you get that unit. An example of this is in the game "Predator" when one chooses the predator or old versions of island defense. I remember i found a tutorial a long time ago on how to do it but i have no idea where to find it now. Any help or suggestions are welcomed :thup:
