help with hijackthis results

I just ran the HijackThis and removed some items i was sure they didn't belong there...however, i still have stuff running in the background so if someone with better knowledge of this can check my log file and let me know where to go from here...

I'd lean toward these processes being viruses or some other malware:

Also, how many auto-updaters do you really need running? I see at least 3 of them with only one that I recognize as being native to Windows (wupdater.exe).
