Hmm? Making a unit able to be carried?

Lolz, Im adding "Gates" to my escape maker, its going much easier this time

Problem though, "The key", cant have abilities, unlike my gate, which has the pathing of a gate, & looks like one, Can I also do this with units?
Make a unit look like a key, and able to be picked up?

If not, Would I have to make a dummy "key" unit, and when a unit comes within range of say 30 of it, remove dummy unit, & add key?

Wait, why do you need the key to have an ability... why not make a trigger that opens up the gate when the unit comes close to the gate or something... but that dummy unit ability would be cool... BUT what if 2 units went at the same time and got 2 keys? Hmm? xD

There is no unit that looks like a key. Why don't you use items?

Look at the blizz map 'WarChasers'. Gates automatically open if you have the correct key, when you go near the gate.

Nonono, I need the key to be able to be removed, All units on the map must have the ability "Destroy"

In my map, You create 1 gate, you cant create another until it is used/destroyed,
You create 1 key, you cant create another until it is used/destroyed

Problem is items "Cant" have abilities, so there is no way to remove the item?

Perhaps a triggered ability for red that allows him to remove all keys in playable map area?

Well its not that, its the fact that you wont be able to remove the items,
I really dont want item spam with this

A unit is issued an order targeting a point
Conditions ordered unit equal to "Ice Key summoner"
   - Condition - KeyLimit = false
Actions - Create 1 ice key at target point of issued order
  (Bool) - Set Keylimit = true

I need somehow, that red can destroy a item, and then set Keylimit = false...

E.G using a spell, Which im going to test right now... -.-
