How do you add text wherever you want on a custom Loading Screen?

Hello

I was wondering how I would custom text on a semi-blank customized loading screen, and have the text be crystal clear, and not blurry or any sort.

Like, instead of one big picture for the loading screen, I have a dark one with little designs, I would like to write text all over it with updates on the map.

How would I do this?

Use an image editing application/program to edit your picture and add words to it. To have a block of text, you can create a textbox on the image.
