How does level skip req work!?!?

Gameplay constant 2 by default. you 2 levels of ultimate first one you learn at level 15, 2nd your supposed to learn at 21. but hero skip does not work no matter what i put there 0 still does not skip.

I fixed it by changing you learn the ulti at level 14...? after reloading the map it still does not work T_T

If I understood your problem correctly, you need to set the 'Required Level' to 15, and the 'Level Skip Requirement' to 6 (in the object editor). You don't need to change the default from the gameplay constants at all. Setting the 'Level Skip Requirement' to 0 in the object editor makes each individual spell follow the default constant, that's why most (if not all) spells are set to 0 by default.

Yes but Required level 15. and with level Skip 6. if u got 2 skill points avaiable at level 15 you can put both points into the ultimate it does not skip level.

Are you sure you got the fields right? It seems to work fine for me.
