How to Change the image....

How do you change the image of the map

Ex.) when you created or join a dota map it shows you the painting of 9 heros fighting,

I now i have to inport an image but im not sure how to set it to the mini-map

I followed there tutproal made my file Tga made sure nothing was in front of it change the custom pathing of it to what they said to change it to but now it just shows a blank screen
