Mistake, but im posting for another reason. . .

You mean for you map only or for your Wc3 ?

It can't be done for your map only (I believe :S) but to get it for you Wc3, just go to wc3c.net, and I think there is a tool there which will easily change the interface and cursor for you

What about dota's cursor? Its using frozen hand cursor(from the war3 tft menu cursor)

Excuse me? Dota's using something else than Night Elves' and Undeads' cursors now?

If you set the player to undead than it will have that I believe.

Not everyone plays DotA but I assume maybe you were a scourge player, hence the scourge cursor.

Dota's got night elves and undeads, yes, so I believe he means the undead cursor, however... frozen hand doesn't ring any bells.
