Awesome Tutorial. Took me fifteen minutes to figure it out and get my loading screen up and running. Marvel Vs DC AoS.

well i cant seem to get it to work ... all i get is a black loading screen.. so i was wondering if the program im using to convert my pic to a .blp needs to be that warcraft III image extractor, or if i can just use another program... would be great if u can help me out

Hi, I used all param as given in the tutorial, but all I get is a blank screen.

Great tutorial, but the font turned out looking like shit on mine, even with 99 quality . . lol

To avoid the black screen, change the

war3mapimported/LoadingScreen.mdx

to

LoadingScreen.mdx

else it won't work.:thdown:

Ive got the totally black loading screen and ive tried everything ive seen here on this thread, and nothing is working. the image size is 1024x768 and is in BLP format, imported. i have the LoadingScreen.mdx imported and set as the loading screen and i have set the custom path of my imported blp file to FullScreen.blp and it still wont work!!!

hi, right im tryin to do a low quality loading screen, and iv followed all the tutorial to the letter but i just get a black screen at the loadup :S
would u be able to tell me exatcly what to do as im kinda noobish

Can I actually bug the system somehow regarding loading screen with loading bars?

For instance, if you are making a high quality loading screen, and you cut the pieces wrong then loading screen will appear as a purely black picture. That's what I am on about now. I just made four 3x3px black pieces and imported them as those:

UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Load-Multiplayer-Human.mdx
UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Load-Multiplayer-Orc.mdx
UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Load-Multiplayer-NightElf.mdx
UI\Glues\Loading\Multiplayer\Load-Multiplayer-Undead.mdx

Didn't worked. Any clues?

What version of wc3 Veiwer are u using... cause i can't save as a TGA... When u save u go to "Save as..." right? then i got like some options.? :O

Save as progressive JPG

Save as gray scale JPG (Please remember)

Disable chroma colour...

Keep original EXIF Data

Keep original IPTC

Keep original JPG

Keep original XMP

Reset EXIF orientation tag

Set file size...
