How to make the trigger for hero to learn skill?

How to make the trigger for hero to learn skill? For example i just summoned mountain king and i want it to instantly to learn storm bolt.

Try a search function in actions, there certainly is something like that. (I don't have WE to check it)

unit - set level of ability for unit
thats the action to set the level of a learned skill 0 if it has not been learned, but it already has the ability even if it was not learned yet, you can use unit - remove ability or unit - add ability to make it capable of learning new ones if that is what you seek, then you can use hero - set attribute points afterward if needed
