I need help at identifying this sort of substance in my fishbowl

There's some kind of weird substance in my fishbowl. It's milky white, and it's polluting the water. I checked online to see what it was, but in vain. I am worried about my fish. Whether they had just mated or they eat, spit out the food, rinse and repeat, it always makes me think too much.

Looks like maybe a combination of fishy poo, and uneaten food that settled to the bottom and got old.

It's time to clean the fish bowl. It is fish Poo and could effect the fish if not taken out.
