Installing New Video Card - Making Sure

Hey guys. I installed my new GeForce in my computer yesterday. It's working great so far. However, when I was installing it in the slot, the screw would not screw completly. The card works fine and it looked placed in the slot probably.

Should I worry about the screw not screwing properly ?

Just want to make sure, I would not want to lose this card or my motherboard.
