Instant Structure Build/Upgrade

I know of the

• Unit - Set (Constructing structure) construction process to 100%
  • Unit - Set (Triggering unit) upgrade process to 100%

but they don't work for me. Can anybody help? +rep

IS that EGUI? You need an event?

I have an event

• Unit - A unit Begins construction

and

• Unit - A unit Begins an upgrade

You just can simply set the upgrade time to 1...?

Or I have another suggestion that you can make use of SpellBook and Channel/ Serpant ward abilities to replace default blizzard build ability. You can use trigger to code it so that your building can be built instantly without waiting for the lasting construct timer. It works pretty nice.

@ Cake - I might do that, but I really wanted it to be instant
@ Kelvin87 - that's just too complicated for me right now

this worked for me

• Events
  • Unit - A unit enters (Entire map)
  • Conditions
    • ((Entering unit) is A structure) Equal to True
  • Actions
    • Unit - Set (Entering unit) construction process to 100%

so something must have been wrong with the other way I did it

• Events
  • Unit - A unit Begins construction
  • Actions
    • Unit - Set (Constructing structure) construction process to 100%
