Is there a limit for destructibles?

Yes, there's a limit in World Editor for how many doodads you can place.
I believe that NewGen offers a hack that can remove this limit, though.

exactly how much, im not sure, you could spam doodads till it pops up the error message

or you can get newgen which has "no limits"

NewGen is a hacked Editor for Warcraft 3, containing lots of nifty functions. (For example enabling vJASS.)
JASS is a scripting language. (You probably know it as "GUI".)

I know what jass is But i just searched on it.. And some Jass came up

lets just say, if you want to make map, NewGen is like the best. even if you just use GUI
