Is this possible? a chance based reincarnation

im thinking do a dmg check that if a unit takes dmg, dmg > current life... then add reincarnation... would that work?
if yes... can u remove reincarnation from a dead unit?
if so, does he still revive?

ressurrect triggering unit

If it's a unit then...

unit is of type (your unit type)

random itneger from 1-100 < (your percent)
then
create 1 unit type of triggering unit at position of triggering unit facing triggering unit's facing
remove triggering unit
else
