is it possible to put a variable from trigger on an ability's tooltips? i mean for example...

Variables:
EatenCreeps - Integer

Ability:
Ability Name: Eat Creeps
Description: Eats creeps when they're alive cause they're yummy.
No. of eaten creeps: [EatenCreeps]

No, it's not possible. The only way to achieve something of the sort would be create multiple spells (or levels), each with different descriptions.
It's not exactly a good solution though - I'd stick to not using a specific number at all.

If the number of eaten corpses are capped you can totally make a dummy ability stating how many creeps you've eaten.
