With my third risk completed Ive decided to get straight into my new map lance risk.

Lance risk is set in the world of Krynn from the dragonlance books where you will play through the ages of Krynn.

The map will play in three rounds (winning one round wont give you a advantage in the next keeping the game worth playing by everyone up till the end):
Round 1
Round one is set in the age of Heroes. The world of Krynn is under siege from the dark queen who is attempting to create a portal from the abyss to allow herself into the world, only the knights of Solamnia can have a chance of holding back the darkness and banishing her back into the abyss.

For this round the players are split into 2 teams, the host can either let players choose their team, pick teams himself or randomise teams.

At the start two areas will be held by these teams Solamnia by the forces of good and the fortress of Daraka held by the forces of evil. Places on the map will be free to capture and and team will have to have all the capture points in a territory to get income each round and benefit for the areas abilities. Each area captured will create different units for the team capturing it to reflect its allegiance.

The objective of this round is to destroy the enemies base in the heart of their homeland the most effective way to do this will be to hold all three areas of importance scattered throughout the land.

races of units allowed in this round will be:
-Evil Dragons Red, Blue, Green ect
-Good Dragons Bronze, Gold, Silver ect
-Knights of Solomnia
-Ogres
-Goblins + Hobgoblins
-Draconians
-Undead
-Elves
-Humans
-Kender
-Dwarves
-Gnomes
-Elementals
-Clerics of the Evil gods
-Clerics of the Good gods
-White robe mages
-Red robe mages
-Black robe mages

Each player will also receive a hero such as Huma or Kaz

Round 2
This round is set in the age of Gods. After the banishment of the Dark Queen to the abyss. The Kingpriest has spent years scouring evil from the earth and is the beloved of Paladine Arch god of the good pantheon. However the greatest mage in history Fistandantilus corrupts his mind for his own purposes and his vengeance against evil soon turns to a vengeance against all other religions and especially the mages who's power he covets.

In this round the teams are split up into two. The clerics of the Kingpriest and his mighty armies and the Mages of the three moons, red, white and black. Players may decide to play outside of these teams pointless as it may be. The Mages start with the three towers of high sorcery and the Kingpriests team start with the City of Istar, The high clerics tower and the City of Pax Tharkas.

The objective is to destroy the other teams main bases and collective relics or spell books to increase their units potency or to kill the other teams leader. The priest king that can only be killed by lord Soth or the High mage that can only be killed by Cathan Twice born.

Races of units allowed in this round will be
-Clerics of Good (Misguided)
-Humans
-Dwarves
-Minotaurs
-Gnomes
-Kender
-Mages

The round will also be full to the brim with heroes including Fistandantilus.

Round 3
The Cataclysm caused by the Kingpriest plunged the world into the age of strife, the gods abandoned Krynn and the dragons went back into hiding. Years later though dark forces start and the heroes of the lance have to go through many trials to stop the Dark queen on her second attempt to enter the world and it all depends of Brem the Mysterious green gemstone man.

In this round Teams are split up into two the forces of the Dragon Highlords and heroes of the lance all areas start uncontested.

The objective in this game is the green gemstone man. The gemstone man randomly appears around the map. Wanders and if killed reappears else where. The objective of both team is to bring him to the temple of Nekara. If the forces of good bring him he sacrifices himself to seal the portal and the forces of good win. If the forces of evil bring him the Dark Queen sacrifices him to allow her into the world and evil wins.

In this round all races will be allowed as well as a multitude of heroes.

As well as these modes known as story mode players can play, free for all, teams of two, multi-team in any of the rounds they want as decided by the host.

The combat system is going to be much more complicated then any I've done before, Flying units, spell casters, fortresses and heroes all mixed into a complex tier fighting system.

That's all for now more here when there's substantial work to show, im not looking for helpers ive gotten pretty good at making risks now and this one should take no time at all.:cool:
