Leveling up spells in spellbooks

I've searched more than twice, I've checked Andrewgosu's tutorial, I can't find anything on how to:

Example:

Alleria - Windrunner (Not from DotA, from the Warcraft 2 Lore)

She has a skill called:

Arcane Necklace (Basically, the Necklace that she received from her parents)

It gives her: Trueshot Aura, Endurance Aura, and Devotion Aura

Though, those aren't the real skill names.

When Alleria first learns Arcane Necklace, I put it in a spellbook, then give it to Alleria, then disable the spellbook.

Now, I wanna know, what event triggers when Alleria learns Level 2 of Arcane Necklace.

Any help?

I just said that I already checked Andrewgosu's, and it didn't state any such place where I can upgrade skills in spellbooks when I level up my normal skill.

And, by the way Magoichi, If I already had Level 1 of my spell, and I make it level 2, it still triggers?

Rather complex and takes time to set up, but looks very nice once finished.

Uhm, Andrew, is there any other way aside from the Jass way?

No, there isn't, because it wouldn't be MUI and it requires vJASS features.

There are only 2 functions you have to call to use the system, so that's not very difficult.
Just creating and editing the abilities takes times.
