Make The Spells In Cooldown Time

i wanted to ask if there is a way to make the spells run their cooldown time although they have not been casted. So instead of making something that refreshes the spell cooldowns, i want to make the spells *edit - run their cooldown again. Any help will be appreciated.

As far as I know, it's not possible.

Not possible, you would have to make that ability a "dummy", so it does nothing, so you can order to cast it to make it start the cooldown.
But since orders are easily cancelled, it's not perfect.

Let's say you mean that when a hero learns the spell, it gets the cooldown first? If so, you could do it with the research stuff.

Can't you make a dummy unit near caster? and order unit to cast spell at dummy unit? then the colldown will set in, not perfect. but it could work?
