max level gained from creeps

Im looking in the gameplay constants for the hero max level gained from killing creeps, but Im not seeing it. Where is it?

Hero xp->Creep redution table-> remove the 0 if you want xp from them

Hero XP Gained - Creep Reduction Table

then change it to whatever you want (the one that is "0" you should change to somethinge above 0)
