player- turn gives bounty on/off for (whoever the unit belongs to)

edit- this is in turn player flag on/off

go into the trigger editor, onto melee intialization and press new action. Go down to player - set flag and change it to Turn Bounty on for (your player). something like that, if you don't understand, well ...
