Need help resizing animated avatar (+rep for help)

So I have a animated avatar that is 90x90 and 84kb large.
I need it to be less than 72kb.

Tell me if you can do it and I'll send the avatar to you

You can just resize it to about 85x85 by doing Image-Resize Image.

Either way, it looks horrible shaking.
And it's far too distracting for a forum.
The color effect is really nice though. :]
