need help with a skeletal mage model remake

i have a really big problem trying to remake him, i aint so good in remaking models, or even making one, LOL.
basically what i am trying to make is a skeletal mage which:
1. Has frostmourne instead of his magic rod
2. probably has no flames.
3. not sure if he will hold it in 2 or 1 handed way.
4. frostmourne model is from arthas in RoC, after he gets it from the predestrial.

You need a photoshop or other image editing program that has alpha channel and supports .tga format in order to do that.

you can download a no-wand skeletal mage and give it a passive ability that creates a special effect of a frostmourne attached to his hand

where, and what do u mean by attach special effect

you can attach special effects to certain attachment points, a perfect example of this would be gaias orpg or that peon game where you can buy wings and hats and things like that to change how your peons look and their stats...

For example: Bloodlust attaches an effect to the hands of the caster and the buff it applies attaches an effect to the hands of the buffee, there are plenty of tutorials on this, search WC3 attachment point tutorial to cover it more broadly

It's not an icon, it's a model.You need to use an image editing program to remove the magic rod. Try the tutorial that I linked, it works for me.
