RPG New Project - Looking for a Team!

INTRODUCTION

Hello, once again I am ironfist19 and I will tell you about my newest project. This project is INSPIRED by the game "tibia" and the map "Gaia's Retaliation".
This map will be an ORPG like the map I just said, Gaia's Retaliation.
I am currently thinking of the map's name.. Here are my ideas.. :
1. Wushi Earth
2. World of Phantasm
3. The Light Road
I know my idea sucks.. but I am asking you to pick one :]

THE SYSTEMS

My map's system [ Ideas ]
1. Monster-drop system
2. Bosses
3. Quests
4. Dungeons
5. Stamina System [ Stamina is based on hitpoints so if you have lower hitpoints you walk slow. ]
6. Forging System
7. Stats System
8. Leg Cramp System [ Heroes with below 25% hp will have a 10% to get a leg cramp. Decreasing it's movement speed. ] This will balance the hunting time. They will go home and
get healed by the monk/priest.

Well, that's all my system ideas...

THE MAP

Let's go to the map!
I drawed the map's mini-map in a paper then I painted it at GIMP..
It's not yet finished.. so here it is :

The legends
[ Z ] Green = full of trees not really full but with trees
Triangular/Irregular shape Gray = mountains
Blue = Water
Red Irregular shape = red mountains/hills [ for the hunting ground, i will use the small rock spires from outland or the red rock spires. ]
Black = caves [ living rocks, baby trolls and other creatures ]

RECRUITMENT

... I think that's all so the recruitment :
1. Any level of coder [ beginner - intermediate ] [ GUI/Jass/vJass ] [ Spell/Systems]
2. Any level of terrainer [ beginner - intermediate ]
3. Any level of modeler [ intermediate - advanced ]
That's all I am recruiting.. I hope that's you!
I am the idea maker of the map + some spells triggering

Note : I already made the map but it had bad terrain.. so I really in need of a terrainer..

Edit : I don't know where to start.. You can do the map.. based on the mini-map on my first post,. create the terrain. :]
Note : The upper-left is where the player will start,. then there is a cliff there ramp going to the outside part...
If you're done terraining you can send me the map..

What are the big circleish things?

The big circleish things are the city... ;] It's not that big, it's just my drawing
Tileset = Lordaeron Summer + use some of the tilesets from outland.. for the red mountains
Size = your choice : 224x224(HUGE) or the EPIC

Uhmm... The top-right, the bottom-right and the one near the big lake...
so there are 3 cities now..

Yeah those 2 are the cities and a small city in the top-right [ the starting point ]

Edit : Gonna play basketball, because I am inspired of NBA FIT : Dwayne Wade and Chris Paul & Bosh's workout.. (Back maybe for an hour or two)

Do you mind if i use Village tile set, i just prefer it more than Lordearon because it has some good tiles. <3

Also do you want the villages to be like 1 human and 1 night elfs? or both humans?

Village tile set? Ok, it's cool. You can import tiles if you want.. About the villages.. an elf city and a human city? cool, i like that!!

Edit* Offtopic: Funny question but, do you like to import a lot of custom models.
I dislike importing models that can replaced by warcraft3 models xD.

Well, we will import models that cannot be replaced by wc3 models... I am making a Monster List..

Terrain takes ages, but instead can i see the terrain you made and edit that xD.

Unless you don't have terrain i guess i will still work
