How would one go about submitting a map to these people? I looked around and couldn't figure out how.

I've never seen that map before, well now I know they don't do it according to popularity.

I think that Blizzard made that map. Thus, you wouldn't have seen it before. It's a new bonus map, not a featured map.

Hmm, it's pretty fun. Cool thing is the "bluid completion" bar atop the airports. Requires lots of micro-ing though.
