Orb Effects!

,how can i use two items or ability with an orb effect at the same time?
,is there a way to make it?
,pls pst the trigger if it needs to be triggered.

Orb effects simply don't stack, I think, except for a non-buff placer (Lifesteal) stacked with a frost attack. However, you can create orb effects using triggers. What orb effects were you thinking of?
