Play Spell Animation When Unit Dies

I'd like to show the Fan of Knives spell animation at the place of a dying unit, anyone who knows how to do this?

Create a trigger, when the unit in question dies, play the animation at its location.
In pseudo code:
Code:
Event
  Unit dies
Conditions
  Triggering Unit == "The unit in question"
Actions
  Play animation "Fan of Knives" at (Location of (Triggering Unit))

I can only find play unit animation, doodad animation and destructible animation

In short, where do I find: Play animation FoK at Lo(TU)?

Try this:
Trigger:
  • Special Effect - Create a special effect at (Position of (Triggering unit)) using Abilities\Spells\NightElf\FanOfKnives\FanOfKnivesCaster.mdl

Though it would cause a memory leak.

Even if you destroy it shortly afterwards? I destroy all my effects after 0.5 seconds or something.
