Podcast Video Trouble

Hey guys ive looked everywhere for anything to fix this and have found nothing so i thought i would give u guys a try. The problem I am having is with my podcasts. I can get the podcasts but when i start them they play video and audio for about 2 seconds then the audio continues while the video freezes...

Im currently on my vista laptop for school. Any idea on what the problem might be? Im pretty sure my computer should easily be able to handle podcasts....

It's iPod, not I-Pod.

Have you got the correct codecs? Have you tried using Windows Media Player, Quicktime, VLC Media Player? (Google it. VLC will allow you to play pretty much all videos as it comes with video codecs loaded into it).
