1 - The longest string you can enter is 1,100 characters long, but you can pass it by using concatenation I believe. But still, even if you some how get a string 1,100 characters long, it'll save without an error, but you will get a fatal error on testing... I believe. That's what happened to me. I couldn't get the string length so I had to put it in Microsoft Word.

2 - Yes, they are fast.

3 - Are you talking about H2I? What return bug. (It sounds familiar, I just can't seem to find it in my mind)

0x denotes a hexidecimal number.

What? I thought all normally allocated handles would have a value over 0x100000, which is why you can't create them locally.

There are certain handles that aren't allocated normally. Such as texttags or lightning.

All handles are over 0x100000 ..., only fake handles get ids bellow that.

As for averages, the average handle id is useless information on a normal map I would say the average timer id is around 16000+0x100000, but really, don't make any decision based on this sort of information, it is useless.
