1) Keep all discussion of a single topic under the same thread: When you reply to a message, it gets sent back to the top of the forum. Please do not start a new topic every time you have something to say about it-- "reply" to the original message to keep things organized. Start a new topic only when discussing something completely unrelated to your previous post.
2) Give as much information as possible: For example, if you have a question about a specific game, please mention the title of this game! Also please post any steps that you have already tried to solve your problem. Post your system specifications (CPU, RAM, video card, Operating System, method of connecting to internet) if they are at all relevant. Here is a nice program that lists all your comp hardware and software. Great for troubleshooting and for gathering info to give when receiving tech help.
3) Please write clearly: Please try to use paragraphs, real words and proper sentence structure so that people can actually understand your message. Try reading your post back to yourself to ensure it makes sense. If your post is only a few words long, it probably doesn't contain enough information to make sense to anyone but yourself.
There are a lot of knowledgeable people who read this forum, and they can often help you with your problem, or at least point you in the right direction. We make no guarantees but we do our best to help. It might take a while to get a reply so please be patient.
Thanks!
