Banana Bread

An easy and delicious recipe for the holidays or any time! Make sure to use extra ripe bananas to make it the best!

Ingredients:

• 8 Tablespoons butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 bananas - EXTRA RIPE
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1/3 cups walnuts
• One 9 1/2 x 5 loaf pan OR three 6 x 3 1/2 mini-loaf pans

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Cream together the butter and the sugar
• Beat the eggs and stir into the mixture
• Mash the peeled bananas and stir into the mixture
• Mix in the salt and baking soda
• Slowly mix in the flour and get out the lumps
• Fold the walnuts into the mixture
• Grease a loaf pan
• Pour mixture into loaf pan(s)
• Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes

Note:

• Makes one 9 1/2 x 5 loaf OR three 6 x 3 1/2 mini-loaves
• Use extra Ripe Bananas in this recipe to make it the best!
