Easy Hashbrown Casserole
You might have all these ingredients already. Easy to make and delicious basic Hashbrown Casserole base recipe with room to customize!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- Casserole dish for baking
- Large mixing bowl
- Thaw hash browns
- Grease a casserole dish
- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees
- Chop onion
- Melt butter
- Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- Pour hash brown mixture into greased casserole dish
- Bake uncovered at 350 F for 45 minutes
