Shareable building

I want to set that building would be controlable by 3 diffrent player but one of player must own that building. Building will have some spells ect. so i want those spells could be triggered by any of 3 players in team. First player is owner of building. I want building to be able to other player but without sharing all units only that one.

you can`t without share all units becouse this is how alliance work on w3

Give the unit the Shop Sharing ability at limitless range with no effect, and then add "items made" at no cost for the different spells you want the building to cast. When a player purchases these items, trigger the effects you want.
