some terrain spots unwalkable but nothing is blocking?

There are certain areas of my map where units cant walk over so they go around that specific spot.

I've smoothed the area, removed anything that might be blocking but still the unit is not able to walk over it

any ideas?

Pathing Blockers? Perhaps you've put some down by mistake. It's a form of doodad.

I cleared all doodads, units within and all around the area and problem still there its very odd.

Are there cliffs/ramps nearby?

In the World Editor, while viewing the main map window, press P and it will show you the pathing of the entire map. If it's pink, there is something blocking it. (I think it's pink...I'm colour blind)
