Spell Effect and PB Help

Hello im trying to make a spell kind of like the Panda in HoN. His spell is that he pushes people in front of him a lil bit and damages them. But he han spam it depending on the level. For example lvl one u can only do it once. but level 2 can use it twice then the cd comes. Also how can i order a push back just for the units infront of the unit thats casting it with this PB system?

you'll need to pick just units which are in front of the panda

the part of the 'charges' is a bit easy, just use a dummy ability to calculate the amount of charges

hmm ok x.x thanks but for the charges when i click on the spell it resets the cooldown then makes a dummy? then repeats i guess? but how would i make it able to make it limit because i think it would be a unlimited ability if i keep resetting the cooldown.
