Tint/change color of a terrain tile/use custom?

How can I tint a tile e.g Belshir Dirt Light another color? I want to make it specific color and no using some other tileset isnt an option. Anyone knows how to change the color? I could import a custom tileset like war3 but here the Dirt Light is transparent amd only the dunes to the dirt, not the actual Light Dirt, so where is the actual texture? If I know which main texture it uses, I could probably recolor it and use it as a custom but I dont even know which texture it uses.
