i am considering making a few tutorials/snippets.
please let me know in this thread ahead of time weather or not they would be useful/interesting/unnecessary/etc... before i make them.

here are my tutorial ideas
1. pseudo multi-dimensional arrays (gui)
2. pseudo linked lists (gui)
3. weighted and unweighted, directed and undirected graphs (gui)
4. data compression using huffman's algorithm
5. making rouge-like dungeons (gui)

1,2,&3 i could possibly compile into one tutorial since they overlap and wouldnt be very long by themselves.
4 is a pretty solid topic by itself
5 would too

if come up with any other ideas ill add to this list.

The first topic seems quite interesting, maybe add some examples how to use it, because I often find snippets or tutorials and don't know what to do with them.
(e.g. I know a struct is fine and nice, but I get my stuff working without them. Are they for spells only?)
Number 2. doesn't ring a bell, same for 3. ;P

Only the last point, the dungeon; well I'm not interested in this^^

i dont know a whole lot about hashtables just yet sorry
i pretty much use arrays for everything, they are very useful if you know a few tricks, which is why i wanted to make a tutorial in the first place.

Then I would say make a tutorial about 1)

well i just found out hash-tables are pretty much 2 dimensional arrays.
but type doesnt matter so its like a tuple.

in an array you can only store things that are the same type.
like a unit array stores only units
a integer array stores only integers
you cant store a integer in a unit array
you cant store a unit in a integer array

but in a hashtable you can store anything you like
units and integers and strings, what ever
