This is a little thing I put together about 30 minutes ago. It reflects on my personal indecision, as I am currently faced with one of the toughest decisions of my life, something that will shape the rest of my days on this planet earth... I'm at a job I really don't like, and I'm 4,500 kms away from home (I'm in BC, home is Ontario). I'm coming up on my six-months, at which point I'll be relieved of certain aspects of my contract, and I'm strongly considering putting my 2-week notice in once I get to that point, due to distance from home and numberous, repeated disagreements and social situations with fellow workers that have made my job difficult.

This is also the place where bloomed a relationship that led to an engagement that led to a breakup. It's a place of memories and sadness and I am unhappy here to such an extreme that a large portion of my time is spent disconnected from society in an unhealthy way. I've had around 10 minutes of verbal social interaction, all day. And I'm abnormally okay with it. Anyways, that's my little pre-poem rant. Hope you like it.

The wheel is spinning white
A spectrum of choices
The crimson of passion
The navy of morose
The viridian of hope
Place the finger, stop the wheel
Like what you see?
How do you slow the purity of indecision?
Quell the aftermath of regret?
Saturate the blacks and whites of life
With colour beyond your eye’s capacity?
What colours lie
Behind the wheel
Waiting for my eyes
To open?
