Unlearning Tech?

How can you make a trigger to unlearn tech...

Player - Set the current research level of Weapon Range  to 3 for (Triggering player)

This code cannot unlearn tech, the maximun level for this tech is 6 it is used to change weapon range. If anyone could help it would be very usefull.

you can make weapon range lvl 7 and give it 0 values

Cant do that its an upgrade not an abbility it usses of

Effect-Attack Range Bonus
Effect1-Attackrangebase-"Low Range"
Effect1-AttackrangeIncrement-"rasies range"

It is not possible to "unlearn" tech.
