vJASS - am I doing it right?

I'm dipping in my toes. Am I doing it right? Is there a better way to craft the following code/system? (Its purpose and operation ought to be clear, unless I'm a bigger noob than I thought. It compiles. I have not tested whether it works. )

Also, can AIDS structs be extended? It'd be nice to have each parameter's struct extend something with stubs, so that you get an error if you forget something.

Thats a cool script. So cool.. It's plain vJASS so far as i can see..

Here's an update. I'm learning a lot, despite the [sarcasm] overwhelming aid. [/sarcasm] It'll probably undergo some further significant changes.
