where can i download JNGP v5d?

i can't find proper download link.
JNGP link in resource section of w3c is not working.
where can i download JNGP v5d?
i googled but couldn't find it.

i found JNGP downloaded from w3c is infected by viruses. is it okay?

But ok...

Because of the nature of JNGP, which is injecting its code into the vanilla editor, some antivirus programs (Kaspersky) may think it is a virus.
It is not.
