Wireless Vista

HI,

I just completely wiped my hard drive. (everything gone).

I put in the vista install CD, and it installed fine.

HOWEVER, I can't get on the internet (other computer lol), using wireless networks. It just says "did not find any" even though there are probably like 200 here.

Make sure you install the drivers for your wireless device, whatever it may be. If it is a laptop, also make sure that it doesn't have a physical switch on it for wireless that might be off by accident.

Thanks for the help, but I solved it myself in the end.

I know I had to download the drivers, but I didn't know which one... because device manager showed that I didn't have a wireless lan card. I had to do some research into which one it should have, then finally downloaded the correct drivers.
