Good ideas needed

OK people, i need some ideas for my game, i need 3 marines like medic or sniper. the hero should only have spells that could be in real life, like cluster rockets or devotion arua,

here are my ideas so far

Sniper
Medic
Demo
Machine Gunner
Engineer

if you dont have any spells to give that will be alright

Oh yeah, devotion aura is definetly in real life, my uncle had it, and when I went places with him, we could throw rocks at each other and it didn't hurt as much... lol

Here's an idea:
Headshot- Casts for 5 secs, and then, the next attack does 50 extra damage or whatever. You can make a sound effect that says "BOOM headshot"!

This seems to be themed as modern military, am I correct?

It seems the Machine Gunner should get special bullets to fire with (armor piercing?).

A military Engineer would have explosives, and capable of construction (true, irl it takes time, but they can create bridges across spances of water for several milatry units. Perhaps your engineer could make barriors.) Can the Engineer buff other units, outfitting them with aiming gear that increases attack strength?

What is a Demo? Oh, Demolition. They get explosives too...

Other ideas:
SWAT, Secret Agents, Spies, Commanders (leaders), Assasins

Make a special unit called Chuck Norris that has 9999 chaos damage.

Why don't you add artillery that your units can "use" by being loaded into it, which grants you attacking. You could have large caliber guns, heavy stopping power machine guns, or even vehicles!

Medics should have a move that sends units back to the base into a hospital where they replenish health real fast.
Demos should get a move that sets mines, and another that sets time bombs.
Engineers should be able to upgrade weapons.

You could also make it so that you get a gun as an item, and make it so that you can't attack, and instead use the gun. It could have charges to indicate ammo, and could stack with ammo items to increase charges.

Sniper - Concentrated shot - The sniper concentrates on his next shot, dealing X amounts of damage ( Y amount of casting time)

Demo - Satchel - Places a remote charge, when detonated it deals X amounts of damage to the units in an area

Medic - Flesh Wound - Patches up some minor wounds healing X amount.

Machine Gunner - Rapid Fire - For X amount of second, the machine gunner fires Y amount faster but has Z amount of chance to miss.
Machine Gunner - Entrench - Machine gunner entrenches himself making him unable to move, but granting hime more accuracy (attack speed or attack power increase)

Engineer - Disarm bomb - Disarms a satchel charge or another bomb (the engineer should have some immunity to the bomb so it looks a bit realistic)

lol, It's just a flesh wound.

Machine gunner- could have an ulti ability that's passive, it makes a multiple shot effect.

I think we do not have deviation auras in real life ( or how that was spelled) and you can' t give rep if you have negative rep.
