Make me something like earthquake but a different than the earthquake that is in game

I'm making a Hero based on the model Firelord which can switch between fire and ice, so I need an icon like incinerate(the buff type, with the white borders) in a blue one, or with some icy effects on it.

P.S. Bub, you should probably include a disabled version whenever you make icons

The icons should be of a neckless, gloves, helm, Ring, Right hand, body, right hand, feet, legs.

Have anyone seen any icons matching this description or can anyone help me make them?

I was trying to do something else for this icon but everything I tried was complete fail.

1) Are these good enough? I'll finish the rest if they are what you are looking for.
2) Are you ok with everything being fit to the 64x64 space... So your Chest piece will be as big as your ring?
