Reduction = (Armor * Const) / (1 + Armor * Const)

The const. is in Advanced -> Gameplay Constants. I believe it's called Armor Damage Reduction Multiplier.

Yep Armor Damage Reduction Multiplier... and the default is .06 but i tried plugging in your equation and a known result and it didn't work...

0 armor equals 0% Damage reduction
2 armor equalls 11% Damage Reduction
100 armor equals 86% damage reduction

.11 doesn't equal (2*.06)/(3*.06) it equals .667
.86 doesn't equal (100*.06)/(101*.06) it equals .990099009901

personally i think the +1 is off... I know that the graph of the reduction is similar to Square rootof X except it has an assemtopht (spelled way wrong right) at 100.. meaning it will never equall 100.

You're using incorrect order of operation. It should go like this:

(100 * 0.06) / (1 + (100 * 0.06))
