Does someone knows is there's a type of Real or Integer, something like this that's damage of (triggering unit)

EDIT - By the way, does someone knows a good program for custom modelling?

You wan't to get how much damage a unit does on average with each attack? Not possible to get directly. You would need a system that spawns the units, has it attack, and detects damage done. That or a database with each damage average stored.
