[unit in range] can you add minimum range?

well i want it like this
i making a skill that dealing dmg 2 times first it deals 0 to 200 range and now i wounder can you make it dmg 200 to 400 range?
(i using unit group - pick evry unit with in range of bla bla
order unit to dmg picked unit....)

Pick every unit in UnitGroup and do
- Set Point = Position of (Picked unit)
- If Distance from CenterPoint to Point less than or equal to 200 then
- - Unit group - Add (Picked unit) to Group200
- else
- - Unit group - Add (Picked unit) to Group400
- Custom script: call RemoveLocation( udg_Point)

hmmm...

GROUP 1 : pick every unit within 400, add unit to GROUP 1

GROUP 2 : pick every unit within 200, remove unit from GROUP 1
