Upgrading towers

Has anyone ever playes Zoator's TD or somethin like that? I'm wondering how you get CUSTOM towers (not modified guard tower) to upgrade into another CUSTOM tower? Any help would be nice...
(This goes for town halls etc)

In the unit editor, there is a field called 'upgrade to'. This allows your building to be upgraded into any other building, in the same fashion that the town halls get upgraded into keeps and castles.
