xtra editor problems

ok, when ever i try and start up the xtra editor (2.5) it gives me error message: The SC X-TRA EDITOR (what ever i click).EXE file is linked to missing export STORM.DLL:491.


what the hell do i do? i really want to get in and edit a map. please help me.

Theres a reason why it asks you to install in the SC directory, you need to have storm.dll in the same folder as the one where the editor is located in.
